On the Join now page, enter your phone number and choose a 4-digit password.
Fill in your personal details if requested.
Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, then tap the ‘Join Now’ button.
Note: The 4-digit password you set here will be your login password every time you access your betPawa account.
Proceed to our Join now page.
Go to our Forgot password page linked below
Enter your account phone number if not prefilled
Tap the ‘Get verification code’ button.
Didn’t get the code? You can choose to resend it or receive it through another available method.
Check your phone for the code and enter it on the page.
Create a new account password and confirm it by tapping the ‘Set New Password’ button.
Proceed to our Forgot password page
In case your code was not delivered, try the following steps:
Refresh and retry
If you don’t get the SMS with your verification code, try refreshing your browser and request the code again.
Request your code using any other alternative sending method listed (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram or Call).
Request limits and Code expiry time
You can request up to 3 verification codes within 3 hours.
Each verification code is valid for 24 hours only. After it expires, it will no longer work.

When can account be reopened?
Self-exclusion via betPawa page: Your account will automatically reopen once the selected period ends.
Closure via Customer Support: Your account can only be reopened after the agreed period, and you will need to contact support to reactivate it.
Can the account be reopened earlier?
No — for both self-exclusion and support-assisted closures, the account cannot be reopened before the selected period ends.
Good to know
Self-exclusion settings are applied to help you manage your activity and cannot be reversed early.
Accounts closed via support require manual reactivation, even after the period ends.
If your closure period has passed and you still can’t access your account, simply contact support.
View your current balance
Your account balance is always shown in the top right corner of your betPawa account screen once you’re logged in.
Check your transaction history
Go to the Account menu.
Tap on Statements to see a complete list of your recent transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bet winnings
